A counselling and team-building session was conducted for the students of *Class VI* by *Ms. Arsha Rani* (PGT Psychology & School Counsellor) and *Ms. Mannat* (School Alumna & Psychology Intern).
The session aimed to promote *positive peer relationships, encourage healthy interactions*, and help students move beyond existing groups and stereotypes. An *interactive activity titled* *“Guess Who?”* was conducted, where students were paired with classmates they did not usually interact with. They interviewed their partners using a set of fun questions related to their interests, preferences, talents, and aspirations.
Following the interview round, students participated in a guessing game where clues from their partners’ responses were shared, and classmates attempted to identify the person being described. This activity encouraged active listening, communication, and curiosity about one another.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from all students. They interacted openly, enjoyed learning new things about their classmates, and demonstrated respect and cooperation throughout the activity. The discussion that followed highlighted the importance of *understanding others, appreciating individual differences*, and *building friendships beyond existing social circles.*
Overall, the session was highly engaging and successful in fostering a more inclusive, friendly, and supportive classroom environment. Students not only enjoyed the activity but also gained *valuable insights into empathy, teamwork,* and *positive peer relationships.*
