Viveka Foundations School celebrated World Environment Day along with the Class XII Felicitation Ceremony with great enthusiasm. The programme began with Shubh Tilak, the welcome of guests, the Badges Ceremony, and a soulful Saraswati Vandana.
The school was honoured by the presence of the esteemed dignitaries, Dr. Nitin Patil (IFS), Director, HPSFDCL Dharamshala, and Mr. Vinod Kumar, Range Forest Officer, Daroh. The event featured a Fancy Dress Presentation on environmental themes, the Vivekian Song, and a Song on Water, spreading awareness about environmental conservation.
The cultural programme included a graceful dance by Stuti of Class XI, followed by an energetic dance performance by Anvi of Class IX. Aditi of Class XII delivered an inspiring speech on environmental awareness. The audience also enjoyed a vibrant Group Dance and an engaging English Skit carrying a meaningful environmental message.
The outgoing Class XII students were felicitated for their achievements. Adding an emotional touch to the occasion, Anshuman, a Class XII pass-out student, presented a heartfelt song.
The celebration concluded with a Tree Plantation Drive, in which the esteemed dignitaries, Hon'ble Director Ma'am, Principal Ma'am, Eco Club members, and the outgoing Class XII students actively participated. The plantation activity symbolized a collective commitment towards building a greener and more sustainable future.
The programme ended on an inspiring note, encouraging everyone to contribute towards environmental conservation and sustainable living.
