The first day of the academic session 2026–27 at Viveka Foundations Senior Secondary School, Mansimbal marked a cheerful and meaningful beginning for the students of Playway-1 and Class XI. A well-organized Orientation Programme was conducted to warmly welcome both students and parents.

The programme began with fun-filled ground activities where the campus turned vibrant and lively. Children enjoyed the Mickey Mouse ride, engaging games, and creative tattoo activities, which made them feel excited and comfortable in their new surroundings.

The event then moved towards a spiritual beginning with a Hawan Ceremony. Under the guidance of respected Director Ma’am and in the presence of Principal Ma’am, the Hawan was conducted with great devotion. Students and parents offered ahutis together, praying for a bright and successful future. The chanting of mantras created a peaceful and positive environment throughout the campus.

After the Hawan, the programme continued in the auditorium. A slideshow presentation was shown to introduce parents to the Playway teaching methodology, school system, and important guidelines. Adding a creative touch, the little learners actively participated in making ‘OM’ using rice grains, reflecting both cultural values and hands-on learning.

The students were then warmly welcomed with flowers and chocolates, making their first day even more special. The joy of the programme increased with lively dance performances by both students and parents, bringing smiles and enthusiasm all around.

The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks, where Principal Ma’am expressed heartfelt gratitude to all parents for their presence and support, and reaffirmed the school’s commitment to the holistic development of every child. Students were then guided to their respective classrooms, marking the beginning of their new journey.

Overall, the first day was a perfect blend of tradition, creativity, and joyful learning, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present.
