A Karate training session was conducted on Sunday morning for the boarding house students. The session aimed at enhancing physical fitness, self-discipline, self-defence skills, and mental focus among students. Under proper guidance, students participated enthusiastically in warm-up exercises, stretching, basic karate techniques, and fitness drills. The well-structured session helped students improve strength, balance, coordination, and confidence.
