 Empowering Educators: CBSE Capacity Building Workshop at Viveka Foundations 

 Viveka Foundations Senior Secondary School, Palampur, successfully concluded its two-day CBSE Capacity Building Workshop on March 9 and 10, 2025. The workshop, focused on Experiential Learning provided teachers with valuable insights into innovative teaching methodologies, ensuring a more engaging and effective classroom experience.  

 The workshop began with the traditional Saraswati Vandana and the lighting of the lamp , setting a serene and inspiring tone. The sessions were conducted by Ms. Urvashi Bhatia and Dr. Rajeev Niryal, distinguished experts in Experiential Learning. They provided in-depth knowledge  on integrating hands-on teaching techniques into everyday lessons, encouraging interactive and student-centric learning.

Understanding Experiential Learning – Theoretical and practical insights into the approach 
 Interactive sessions – Discussions on challenges and solutions in implementing new teaching strategies  
 Live Demonstrations – Resource persons showcased innovative teaching techniques to enhance student engagement

Case Studies & Group Discussions – Educators shared classroom experiences and explored best practices 
 CBSE Guidelines & Implementation – Understanding how to align experiential learning with the CBSE curriculum
