Patriotism in the Air: Republic Day Celebrations at Viveka Foundations

Date: 26th January, 2025

Viveka Foundations celebrated India’s 76th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The celebration commenced with the unfurling of the national flag by the Founder Principal and Director, Madam Kusum Rana, and the School Principal, Mrs. Manisha Aggarwal, in the presence of all faculty members and stakeholders. The national anthem echoed across the grounds, filling everyone with pride and unity.

The N.C.C. cadets showcased their discipline and dedication through a well-coordinated parade, marching with precision and pride. Students from all four houses—Aryabhatt, Chaitanya, Major Somnath Sharma, and Rabindranath Tagore—presented soulful patriotic songs, filling the atmosphere with zeal and unity. A declamation competition followed, where students eloquently expressed the significance of Republic Day and the values enshrined in our Constitution.

An engaging quiz competition, "Awakening Indians to India," was conducted, testing students’ knowledge of India's heritage and achievements. It inspired a deeper connection to the nation’s rich history and instilled a sense of national pride among the participants.

The celebration served as a reminder of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and our responsibilities as citizens. In conclusion, Madam Kusum Rana, shared inspiring words on our duties towards the nation, while the School Principal, Mrs. Manisha Aggarwal, encouraged students with her patriotic message, emphasizing the importance of integrity and dedication.

The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all participants and faculty members for their contributions to making the celebration a grand success.
